1. Return Window

 


We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.


To be eligible, the item must be:

 

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

 


Items that are used, damaged, or altered may be rejected.

 


 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 


We do NOT accept returns on:

 

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked “non-returnable”

 

 


 

 

3. Return Process

 


To request a return:


Email support@faithforged.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

 


We will provide return instructions.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 


 

 

4. Refunds

 


Once the item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

 

5. Exchanges

 


We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace or refund the item.

 


 

 

7. Order Cancellations

 


Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
